Your Party on board ticket includes:

• 3-Hour Tour: Sail through the beautiful Cabo San Lucas bay with a stop at the iconic Arch.

• Unlimited Drinks: All you can drink! Domestic open bar with unlimited access to a variety of drinks, including tequila, rum, vodka, and beer.

• Taco Bar: Enjoy a delicious taco bar with a variety of options.

  Vegan choices are available upon request.

• Live DJ and Entertainment: 3 hours of the best Cabo DJs @Morena / @maxavelli / @pakief and other special guests, with an interactive MC hosting contests and fun activities throughout the tour.

• This activity is adults-only, and you must present ID at check-in.

• You must be at least 18 years old to board the boat. Please also refer to your confirmation email for details about the dress code policy.

• IMPORTANT: The person who made the booking must present their ID at check-in. If the person who made the reservation is not the one attending, they will not be allowed to join the tour.

• For bookings of $500 USD or more, we require an advance payment and completion of our Credit Card Authorization Form via email. Additionally, at check-in, you will need to provide a physical debit/credit card and an ID that matches the name on your reservation and payment.

• Tips are not included.

  Cancellation Policy.

• The Hip-Hop Cruise by Party on board experience is a NON-REFUNDABLE and cannot be changed for any reason, if you cancel or ask for an amendment, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

• The tour may be canceled due to weather conditions. In this case, we will offer you the option to reschedule or receive a 100% refund.

• The size of the boat and the departure location may change depending on the number of reservations.

• Water activities may also be canceled due to weather conditions or local regulations.
